Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, all of our events and programmes are currently delivered virtually. We appreciate that virtual events reduce the time and cost for participants, however non-attendance at this session comes at a cost to patients, the NHS and the public.

Spaces at our events are limited and non-attendance can have a major impact on its success and prevents others from benefiting from the opportunity. If you are no longer able to attend please email CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS as soon as possible.

When delegates cancel their place in the days leading up to events it can have an impact on the success of the event. Occasionally events have to be cancelled altogether or postponed. Whenever events run with fewer delegates it affects the breadth and value of learning for other attendees.  It is understood that cancelling places at short notice is sometimes unavoidable; however, your commitment to attendance is crucial to the success and outcome of our events.

Please note cancellations with less than 1 working weeks’ notice may be reported to the sponsoring organisation.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event should unexpected circumstances occur.
